We have advanced and clean boarding facilities available for your pet while you are out of town or having work done on your home. We offer dog, cat, bird, and other exotic pet boarding by the ½ day or the full day.
We have a separate room for our feline friends when they come and stay with us. There is a big picture window to allow for plenty of natural light, cages that overlook the east lawn, enclosed vented litter box areas for each cage, and Plexiglas doors so the cats can watch what is going on in the other rooms better.
The cages on the sides have a sliding partition that opens the cages up to each other, similar to a hotel with adjoiningrooms separated by a door. This allows cats from the same household to share two cages between them if desired. These partitions are left in place unless otherwise requested by the pet owner.
We require that all of our pets are up-to-date on their vaccines before staying with us to protect every pet’s health and well-being. Feline vaccines that are required are the Distemper-Leukemia vaccine and Rabies vaccine. If they are not up to date when they check-in, we can update those vaccines for you while they are here.
Required Vaccines for Cat Boarding:
- Distemper-Leukemia- yearly
- Rabies yearly for 1st yr., then every 3 years thereafter.
We feed our guests Science Diet® Sensitive Stomach pet food or we can feed them their own food as long as it is in an airtight container.
You may bring your pet’s favorite toy, their own food (in an airtight container), treats in a sealed bag or airtight container, and one blanket. We have food bowls and water dishes so please do not bring those with them.
Please make sure that if you pet is on any medication or supplements that you bring those in with them as well.
